🔄 Returns
Due to the hygienic and cosmetic nature of our products (e.g., press-on nails, nail art accessories, tools, etc.), we do not accept returns unless:
- The product is damaged upon delivery
- You received the wrong item
- The product is defective or incomplete
In such cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos or videos as proof.
💳 Refunds
If your return request is approved due to the above reasons:
- A full or partial refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Refunds may take 5–7 working days to reflect, depending on your bank/payment provider
- In some cases, we may offer store credit or a replacement instead
📦 Return Process
If eligible for a return, follow these steps:

- Attach clear pictures/videos of the product and packaging
- Wait for our team to confirm eligibility
- If approved, we’ll share return shipping details
- Product must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days
Note: Return shipping costs (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer unless the fault is on our side.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Press-on nails (used or opened)
- Nail glues and adhesives
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards or custom designs
⚠️ Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. After that, they are processed and packed immediately for shipping.
